|
This paper deals with the appeal regulation of the social welfare law in Korea. This study tries to analyse the remedy regulation of the social security basic law, social insurance, public assistance, social service and related welfare law and to propose the alternative concerning the improving the appeal of client. The major findings were obtained in this study as following. First, words used appeal regulations among social welfare law were different. Second, procedure of appeal(method, an authority in charge) were also diversified. The result suggest a number of conclusions. First, this study suggests that the word and procedure used for appeal regulation should be consistent. Second, the social security basic law and social welfare law should include the detailed appeal regulation.
